The product has not been worn for a long time, has not been washed, and shows no obvious signs of use.
The product is in basically intact condition and does not affect resale.

III. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported
Items that have been worn or washed; items damaged by human error, stained, or improperly used; items returned after the stipulated return application period; special items marked as non-refundable (e.g., clearance items).
IV. Return Process

After customer service approval, return instructions will be provided.
Send the item back as required and provide the tracking number.
We will process a refund or exchange after receiving and verifying the item.
